The Spartans of STEM Boys Basketball won the traveling trophy spartan helmet vs league rival Aurora West College Prep Spartans on Wednesday by a score of 61-43.  After a slow start, the varsity boys blew open the game by scoring 40 points over the 2nd and 3rd quarters while turning up the pressure on defense.  The team was lead in scoring by Seniors Dylan Figueroa (18pts), Matt Moore (10pts), and Sophomore Vedant Margale (10pts).  The Spartan Helmet will remain on display in its rightful location….the STEM Athletic Trophy Case!
